At Black & Blue we strive to bring you quality spirits at a fair price. Most establishments use run-of-the-mill or off-brand liquors in their cocktails unless you ask for something better. At Black & Blue we don’t think you should have to ask…you deserve better. That’s why all of our spirits are premium quality. For our house gin we pour Bluecoat, distilled right here in Pennsylvania. Our well bourbon is Buffalo Trace, rated as one of the world’s greatest whiskies by Jim Murray, author of The Whiskey Bible. And where most recipes call for triple-sec, we trade up with Cointreau. Better ingredients are the basis for a better cocktail, they bring out the subtle nuances that the original inventors intended. As the old adage goes… you get what you pay for. We hope you’ll agree.
